The City of Cañon City has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a long-term lease to operate and enhance the world-renowned Royal Gorge Bridge and Park.
The City is seeking a qualified, experienced, and financially sound firm to partner in elevating the park's guest experience, ensuring the highest safety standards, and preserving its natural beauty.
The selected operator will assume full responsibility for all park operations, including the bridge, attractions, food and beverage, retail, and maintenance. The proposed initial lease term is for ten years, with options to extend up to a 25-year term.
