Bob Hartzman

After 33 years of service, Water Superintendent Bob Hartzman will be retiring from his position with the City on Friday, October 15, 2021.

Bob has been an employee with the City since March of 1988 when he was hired as a Utility Worker for the Water Department. In January of 1990 Bob became a Water Treatment Plant Operator. Bob then promoted to Water Distribution Supervisor in June of 1996. ...
