Cañon City has partnered with Xpress Bill Pay to offer a new online payment system.
The switch was made to provide you with many new and enhanced features like full bill presentation, paperless billing, billing history, autopay, stored payment info, email notifications, and more. You will need to visit the Xpress Bill Pay site to establish an online account.
If you had autopay set with the city’s previous provider using a debit or credit card, you will need to visit Xpress Bill Pay to set up a new Auto Pay. Please note that there is a charge for this service. If you were previously signed up for paperless billing, you will need to re-establish this by creating an account and opting in for paperless billing.
To sign up for auto pay using your bank account information (EFT) please contact the City’s Utility Billing Department at (719) 269-9015. This service will not be assessed any additional fees, but must be signed up directly with the City’s Utility Billing Department.
