January 25, 2020, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM @ Steeple Events Center ( formerly the United Presbyterian Church)

The Canon City Public Library will be hosting a lively talk by Dennis R. Moore about Buffalo Soldiers on Saturday January 25th at 2 pm at the Steeple Events Center at 701 Macon Ave (formerly the United Presbyterian Church). Although African Americans have fought in American conflicts since before the Revolutionary War, the Buffalo Soldier regiments were the first authorized to serve in the army during peacetime."
