You can find out the zoning on your property by calling the Planning and Zoning Department at 719-276-5294. Typically, just a street address is needed. You can also look at the Zoning Map online. Due to the scale and color shading that you see on a computer screen, we recommend you call and talk to the planner to verify that the information you see is correct.
