Planning & Zoning Division:
Associate Planner: This division, staffed by one full time Planner, is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the City’s Zoning and Subdivision regulations. The City Planner provides information and assistance on topics as diverse as subdivision requirements, permitted and prohibited land uses, zone changes, mobile homes, special review uses, building site plans, yard sales, variance requests, property descriptions and ownerships, etc. The City Planner is responsible for the preparation and distribution of informational packets for all items related to planning and zoning which are to be considered by the City’s Planning Commission, City Council, and the Board of Adjustment. The following documents are provided for reference only. While every attempt is made to insure accurate documents are available, please check with the City Planner to insure information is current.
