Code Enforcement Officer:
Walter Elkins

Consisting of one full-time position, the Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for the enforcement of zoning codes and other sections of the Municipal Code such as weeds, sign code, building setbacks, animals and livestock, fences, walls and hedges, home occupations, junkyards, and mobile home parks in R-5 and R-6 zone districts. This division is also responsible for all photos of record for the City.
